Durian Turtle

An ancient turtle covered in sharp spikes. Thanks to its astounding defense, few predators dare take a bite. The only exception is highly nearsighted giant octopuses, who constantly mistake it for a durian and drag it away attempting to peel it—a venture that invariably ends with severely swollen tentacles. To escape this annoying harassment, the smarter ones devised disguises: some stole beach umbrellas to wear on their backs, while others developed a stealth coating that is currently patent pending.
